In the role of maintenance professional, daily responsibilities include the maintenance of apartments: appliance, heating and cooling system repairs; routine plumbing and electrical work; upkeep of pools; and apartment remodels.  Ideal candidates possess strong customer service skills and the ability to work with others on the maintenance and groundskeeping team.

Leasing Professional
In the role of leasing professional, your role has a wide array of responsibilities with the ability of gaining invaluable business, sales and customer service experience.  Daily responsibilities include: conduct tours of the apartment community; generate new leases; deliver timely and outstanding customer service to community residents; correspond with prospective residents; and play a role in resolving resident concerns and issues.
