Rent is due on the 1st of the month and can be paid online thru our resident portal, where you can pay by EFT or credit card. Checks can also be dropped off at the office or in the dropbox. A late fee will be assessed if rent is not received by the 5th of the month.
Using either the Rent Café resident mobile app or our resident portal on our website, log in to your account and simply click Maintenance. You will then be able to enter your service request. Please be sure and select if you grant permission to enter to the maintenance team. Regular maintenance is completed Monday-Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
We are cat & dog friendly. Cats must be declawed, spayed or neutered. Dogs are allowed in select buildings and must be spayed or neutered. There is a 70 lb limit and breed restrictions. There is a limit of 2 pets per apartment with 1 dog max. Please contact us at the office if you have any questions.
Upon move-in, $250 non-refundable pet fee must be paid per pet. Additionally, $25 pet rent per month/per pet.
While not all of our communities have furnished apartments, we do work with Furniture Options and CORT for easy, convenient furniture rental. Select communities do have furnished; you can see more information here.
In the event of an after-hours emergency, please call 402-933-1080 and our answering service will assist you. If you smell gas or are experiencing a power outage, please call your utility company. If there is a fire or suspicions of a fire, call 911 immediately. After-hours emergencies include but are not limited to backed up drains or toilets, no hot water, and no heat or air conditioning.
In the case of a lockout, please call the emergency service and someone will be out. A lockout fee of $25 must be paid and ID must be shown before entry is allowed.
