Leasing Professional - Omaha, NE
As a leasing professional, your role has a wide array of responsibilities with the ability of gaining invaluable business, sales and customer service experience. Daily responsibilities include: conduct tours of the apartment community; generate new leases; deliver timely and outstanding customer service to community residents; correspond with prospective residents; and play a role in resolving resident concerns and issues.
Grounds Maintenance Professional - Omaha, NE
In the role of grounds maintenance, we are seeking individuals who have a self-starter, can-do attitude. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: maintain community grounds and common areas, including trash pick up & light lawncare, snow removal and de-icing as needed before contracted company can arrive/complete snow removal, perform light maintenance, including furnace filters, light bulb and battery replacement, and be an active member of the Broadmoor team to provide all residents and guests outstanding customer service.
