Front Desk Coordinator - Omaha, NE
As Front Desk Coordinator, you will be the personality in the front office that greets people on the phone and walk-ins and assists in other office duties. The variety of this role will keep you engaged, and responsibilities will be tailored to suit your skills.  Responsibilities include: welcome visitors with friendliness and warmth, handle phone calls with courtesy and professionalism, direct phone calls and emails to appropriate parties, process inbound and outbound mail and interoffice mail, assist with data of invoices, filing and assisting with other office projects.

Grounds Maintenance Professional - Omaha, NE
In the role of Grounds Maintenance, your primary responsibilities include: assist maintenance team with upkeep of pools and apartment models, maintain the community grounds with upkeep of grounds, bushes and landscaping, provide residents with outstanding customer service.
