In the role of maintenance your primary responsibilities include resolve maintenance issues in the area of HVAC, electrical, plumbing & appliance repair in a timely manner, provide residents with outstanding customer service and prepare vacant apartments for move in through turn over repairs & improvements.

Construction Laborer — Lincoln, NE
In the role of construction laborer, we are seeking an individual that will work for the project superintendent at our newest community located at 27th and Rokeby in Lincoln, NE. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: operate and care for construction tools & machines, prep construction sites by cleaning obstacles, load or unload construction materials, set up and maintenance of erosion control, perform site clean up, and place protection on finish work. This all weather position does require ability to do physical labor, lift 100 lbs and remain on feet throughout the day.

Leasing Professional — Omaha, NE
In the role of leasing professional, your role has a wide array of responsibilities with the ability of gaining invaluable business, sales and customer service experience. Daily responsibilities include: conduct tours of the apartment community; generate new leases; deliver timely and outstanding customer service to community residents; correspond with prospective residents; and play a role in resolving resident concerns and issues.
